Viv Essex
Founder of Jeffersons Management Services.  An amazing lady who touched the hearts of so many.  Viv passed away in 2007 and will be sadly missed by all her staff as well as many of her clients to whom she was more than a business contact.

Debbie Essex - Director
Viv’s daughter and successor. Debbie has a background in corporate sales and customer service. Her focus is on business development, marketing and performance levels. Debbie wants to carry on Viv’s legacy and ensure that Jeffersons continues to offer the best bespoke service possible. Debbie is married and a busy mum to identical twin girls and their older sister.

Rekha Essex - Director
Viv’s daughter in law and joint successor. Rekha is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an in-depth knowledge of all things financial and is highly organised and efficient. She has 3 lovely children – 2 mischievous sons and a beautiful daughter.

Michael Walsh - Sales Manager
Michael joined Jeffersons in 1996 and has an in-depth knowledge of the London sales market and is particularly familiar with new developments around the City. He complements the lettings team well and is always on hand to offer advice to our landlords as well as independent vendors and purchasers. Michael’s penchant is football and he is a keen Liverpool supporter.

Francesca Benenson - Lettings Manager
Somebody needs to be in charge to ensure that the lettings process runs smoothly and Francesca does this very effectively. A member of the Jeffersons team since 2003, she prides herself on her professionalism and industry knowledge. She has a BA Hons and is a qualified ARLA member. Francesca enjoys the eclectic mix of London’s cultural scene.

Lorraine Fisher - Property Manager & Office Administrator
Lorraine has been part of the team since 2003 and originally worked as Viv’s PA. As Property Manager and office administrator, Lorraine oversees the smooth running of the office and also liaises very closely with the lettings team - taking charge of organising check-outs, utilities, tenants welcome letters and landlord statements. Lorraine also looks after property maintenance issues - we are very lucky she is so organised! In her own time she enjoys eating out and is loving being a grandma to her two grandsons.

Celina Cadore - Property Maintenance Co-ordinator
Celina has that wonderful combination of being incredibly organised and very calm - ideal for dealing with maintenance issues. She has a wealth of experience in this field and also looks after post tenancy dilapidations. When not working, Celina spends her time doing Zumba to keep fit and looking after her two adorable children.

Owen Griffiths - Lettings Negotiator
We are delighted to welcome Owen back to Jeffersons after his year away travelling. Owen has re-joined us in his capacity as Lettings Negotiator and spends most of his days out of the office carrying out viewings and property visits.
