For problems with water or electricity supply, please call your water or electricity provider.

Any other emergency problem including probelms with your gas fire/central heating or hot water:

Please note that the out of hours service is for genuine emergency repairs only.  If the contractors attend the property for anything other than an emergency, the call out and any related charges may be your responsibility.  With this in mind, please discuss fully the nature of the problem with Taylors Property Maintenance before requesting an engineer to attend.
