We act as trustees for a property which Jeffersons manage on our behalf.

The previous tenants wanted to move out and Jeffersons started the process of finding new tenants.  New tenants were found and references and checks were carried out as to whether they would be likely to be suitable tenants.  Jeffersons after completing their checks advised me that they would not proceed with those tenants as they did not consider them to be suitable but would look for alternative tenants which indeed they found.

I was really impressed that they put our interests before theirs.  I therefore would not hesitate to recommend them most highly to any prospective landlord.

"We act as trustees for a trust which has a residential letting.  The previous lettings agency put in a tenant who defaulted on the rent and the agency were far from helpful.

I spoke to Debbie Essex and her team at Jeffersons Management Services who provided me with excellent advice and help on the removal of teh tenant.  Once the tenant had left we instructed Jeffersons to find a new tenant and manage the property.

A suitable tenant was found in a very short space of time and the changeover process was performed most efficiently.

I would not hesitate to recommend Debbie and her team to anyone.

"I wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for your services to date.  I want to thank you once again for being so facilitating in the timing of the payment of my management fees.  I am encouraged to see a letting agent (who is managing my property) take such a proactive approach in ensuring that the service charge, ground rent etc. are monitored and paid.  My previous agents were not even close in terms of the level of service you are providing.

"Would you please be able to pass on our thanks to our landlords for the new oven and hob that was installed this week. We are very happy with the new appliances and greatly appreciate how well we are looked after by the landlords and by Jeffersons also.
It's been really great to have these new appliances in the kitchen, as you can imagine we are spending a  lot of time at home right now with the new baby and it has really made a difference.
A big thanks to the Jeffersons staff for getting all organised so quickly and smoothly.
