I recently let my property via Jefferson's estate agents. Firstly, they managed to let the property very quickly. The first person to view the flat took it and it was only a matter of a few weeks before he moved in. I had been worried about the paperwork, references etc but they took care of everything in an efficient manner, meaning very little stress for me. As with letting out any property, there were a few things which needed fixing. Jefferson's sourced contractors quickly and efficiently and things were sorted in a matter of hours/days e.g a replacement dishwasher. Very recently I had an issue where my neighbour's flat had a leak from the flat terrace above and I needed to check asap whether my property had been affected. Debbie went out of her way to be accommodating and to get in touch with the tenant and was able then to put my mind at rest and to confirm my property had not been affected. The rental statements come through in a timely manner and are clear and straightforward. Above all Debbie's warm and helpful nature comes across in every encounter with her. I would highly recommend Debbie and Jeffersons to anyone wanting to let their property.
